2 cups or 500 mL low-fat strawberry yogurt
2 cups or 500 mL strawberries, stemmed
1 tsp or 5 mL orange peel, grated

Spoon strawberry yogurt into ice cube trays and freeze until completely frozen (three to four hours). Remove cubes from tray and place in blender or food processor. Blend/process until finely chopped. Add strawberries and orange peel. Process just until almost smooth. Serve immediately, or place in freezer and stir occasionally until firm enough to scoop.
