low-fat strawberry yogurt |

strawberries, stemmed |
| 1 tsp or 5 mL |
orange peel, grated |
Spoon strawberry yogurt into ice cube trays and freeze until completely frozen (three to four hours). Remove cubes from tray and place in blender or food processor. Blend/process until finely chopped. Add strawberries and orange peel. Process just until almost smooth. Serve immediately, or place in freezer and stir occasionally until firm enough to scoop.
